I ordered this MacBook pro on May 29th, long before Apple had announced any price increases, the item was not in stock and backordered, the item took over 6 weeks and to my shock and horror, Expercom raised the price on me by $800, after confirming that they would NOT do this explicitly in an email back and forth. I never imagined that this would actually happen, and I was not about to cancel and then have to pay even more to B&H or Adorama or somebody else for the same spec, however had I known this was going to happen I would have made the purchase from those other merchants before the price increase as well. I will never do business with expercom again and I will never recommend them to anyone I know. I will only recommend B&H photo, Adorama, Amazon and other authorized resellers. Take care.
It took 4-8 weeks to get the laptop that I ordered. I ordered a month before Apple increased prices, and Excom told me it wouldn't ship until I paid them more money. Customer service was horrible.

Incredibly fast for intense CPU rendering in Keyshot and After Effects.
It was all smooth and fine regarding the order, packaging and delivery. About the MacBook itself - there's a buzzing noise (coil whine) when it is under heavy load, especially local AI & LLMs.
Yall did me really good! The laptop came in perfect condition and it got here in like 2 days. I'll definitely buy my apple products through you in the future.
