  • What will my repair cost?

    There is no charge for warranty service if covered under Apple's limited warranty or AppleCare+ (a service fee may apply for accidental damage replacements like liquid spills or dropped devices).

  • How long will my repair take?

    Many iPhone repairs can be completed within a few hours. Please schedule an appointment to ensure a technician is available. Please contact your local Expercom location for part availability.

    Mac, iPad, Beats, and Watch repairs can take 3-5 days; please check with your local Expercom for current turnaround time.

In order to service your device, Find My needs to be disabled.

You will need to know your Apple ID and Apple ID password in order to proceed with your repair and setting up your device after service. Get help here if you forgot your Apple ID or password.
