Tested by certified technicians, these pre-owned Apple products offer a great value. Each device goes through a multi-point inspection. Any part or component that does not pass Expercom and Apple's strict testing process is replaced. The units are then cleaned, have the latest compatible version of Mac OS installed, and are sold at a great price. Batteries are tested to at least 80% of original capacity.

What comes with my pre-owned Apple product?
Desktop Macs come with power cord, keyboard, and mouse (excludes the Mac mini).
MacBooks come with battery and charger.
iPads and iPhones come with power cord and wall charger.

What don't I get?
Pre-owned devices will not come with all of the bundled apps (iLife, iWork), but they do include a recent version of iOS or macOS.

Warranty
All pre-owned devices come with a 90-day Expercom limited warranty. This warranty covers parts, labor, and phone support. You can extend the warranty to 1 year for $100. The AppleCare Protection Plan is not available on Expercom pre-owned products.
